1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
IsraCap Management operates a text messaging program for prospective residents, applicants, and current residents of the properties we manage. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from IsraCap Management relating to your inquiry, application, or tenancy. Messages may include:
- Responses to rental inquiries and showing scheduling
- Application status updates
- Rent and account balance reminders
- Maintenance request confirmations, scheduling, and technician updates
- Lease expiration, renewal, and inspection notices
- Property notices, including utility interruptions, scheduled work, and weather or emergency alerts
This is a customer care and account notification program. It is not a marketing or promotional program.
2. HOW TO OPT IN
You may opt in by:
- Providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on a rental application, lease document, or form on our website
- Texting our business number at (502) 956-1698 to start a conversation
- Giving your mobile number and verbal or written consent to an IsraCap staff member
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting, applying for, or purchasing any property, product, or service from IsraCap Management.
3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies. You should expect to receive messages based on activity on your account - for example, when you submit a maintenance request, when rent is due, or when your lease is approaching renewal. Most residents receive fewer than 10 messages per month.
4. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for each message sent or received, depending on your plan. IsraCap Management does not charge for this service. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text and data plan.
5. HOW TO OPT OUT
Text STOP to (502) 956-1698, or reply STOP to any message you receive from us, to cancel at any time.
After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as described in Section 2, or text START to the same number.
Opting out of text messages will not affect your tenancy or your application. We will continue to communicate with you by mail, email, telephone, or the resident portal as required by your lease and by applicable law. Certain legal notices must be delivered in writing under Kentucky law and will be sent that way regardless of your SMS preferences.

7. SUPPORTED CARRIERS AND DELIVERY
This program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside of our control. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected.
Because text messages may be delayed or fail to deliver, do not rely on text messaging for emergencies. For a maintenance emergency, call (502) 956-1698. For a life-safety emergency, call 911.
8. PRIVACY
Your privacy matters to us. Mobile information collected through this program is used only to deliver the messages described above.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

9. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have authority to consent on behalf of the account holder of, the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us promptly at (502) 956-1698 so that we do not send messages to someone else.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the revised terms on this page. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
